Technical Support Engineer
Based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, UK

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.For this role, we are is looking for a savvy professional with experience of the technical basics of location sound recording and a passion for audio to help support our customer base, both directly and indirectly.

Enjoying a fun and creative environment, you will work alongside talented individuals to help solve customers' technical issues with any of our client's products.

As a Technical Support Engineer, your duties will include:

- Answering questions from customers and prospects about the features and capabilities of products
- Developing customer-facing documentation for the website and social media sites
- Communicating customer needs and wishes to the development and engineering teams

To be considered, you must have experience of the technical fundamentals of location sound recording within the broadcast or film industry. The ideal Technical Support Engineer will have a passion for audio and excellent writing skills. The ability to be a good listener and really understand a customer problem and help them solve it is also key.
